Terms of Service
These terms describe the general conditions under which customers access and use Convosis products and related services.
Service Scope
Convosis provides access to cloud software modules, documentation, and related support services. Use of the platform is governed by the purchased or activated product scope and any written commercial terms agreed with the customer.
Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, controlling user access, and ensuring that their internal users operate the platform in compliance with internal policy and applicable law.
Data Usage
Operational and business data entered into Convosis remains the customer’s responsibility. Customers must ensure they have lawful authority to process and store such data through the platform.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use the service to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, abuse system capacity, interfere with other tenants, or distribute harmful or misleading content through the platform.
Commercial Terms
Subscription fees, plan limits, renewals, and billing conditions are governed by the pricing plan selected or any separate commercial agreement executed between Convosis and the customer.
Termination
Convosis may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or misuse of the service. Customers may discontinue service according to the applicable subscription or contract terms.
